Hats and sunscreen

Working gloves

Sleeping bag, pillow and extra blanket (if necessary)

Sleeping mat

Mess kit (plate, bowl, mug, cutlery, dishcloth in a bag)

Hand and head torch

Water bottle

Toiletries & insect repellent

Towel (if necessary)

Medication (with instructions if necessary)

Money for tuck shop

Own snacks – recommended
